Professor Erol Gelenbe is a distinguished computer scientist currently serving as a Professor at the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gliwice, Poland, and a Visiting Professor at King’s College London since 2024. He also holds the Chair of the Informatics Section of Academia Europaea since 2023. Born in Turkey and a naturalized citizen of France, Professor Gelenbe has an impressive academic background.
