Dr. Phuong Thi Le is an accomplished researcher and academic specializing in image processing, biomedical processing, and multimedia processing. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science and Engineering from National Central University, Taiwan, where she developed expertise in deep learning-based skin lesion segmentation. Her prior education includes an M.S. in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the same university and a B.S. in Industrial Technique Teacher Education from Danang University of Science and Technology, Vietnam. Dr. Le has contributed to the field through publications in SCI journals and notable conferences.Currently, Dr. Le is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. She also has valuable postdoctoral research experience from National Central University
