Jing Guo is a dedicated Research Secretary in the Pesticide Department at the College of Plant Protection, Northeast Agricultural University. She earned her Ph.D. in Crop Cultivation and Tillage from the same institution in 2023, specializing in the degradation and microbial remediation of long-residual herbicides and weed resistance. Jing has published 14 academic papers, including 9 indexed in SCI, and holds an invention patent. Her work includes participation in a national-level project and leadership of two school-level projects. Jing’s research focuses on innovative solutions for herbicide degradation, including notable contributions like cloning the cyp57A1 gene for herbicide breakdown and transcriptome analysis for glyphosate resistance.
