Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Klaus-Peter Döge, born on March 26, 1973, in Greifswald, is a distinguished German engineer and academic. He completed his Diploma in Electrical Engineering in 1998, followed by a Doctorate in 2005 with a thesis titled “A Contribution to Video-Based Traffic State Identification,” earning the honor magna cum laude. Continuing his pursuit of academic excellence, he achieved his habilitation in 2020, focusing on the “Principles of a Methodology and Its Application” in video-based traffic state identification. Prof. Döge is fluent in English and proficient in Java, C++, and Matlab/Simulink. He also contributes to his community as a certified First Responder. Currently, he resides in Jena with his family.
