Dr. Nastooh Taheri Javan is an Assistant Professor in the Computer Engineering Department at Imam Khomeini International University (IKIU), Qazvin, Iran. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Networks and Architecture from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), where he also completed a postdoctoral fellowship.
