Prof. Petr Slobodian, born on March 1, 1971, in the Czech Republic, is a prominent researcher and academic in the field of polymer composites and carbon nanotubes. He is currently a lecturer and the head of a research group at the Centre of Polymer Systems (CPS) at Tomas Bata University in Zlin, and an assistant at the Technical University in Brno, focusing on rubber and plastics technology. With a rich professional background, including a tenure as a buyer in business logistics at Barum Continental Otrokovice s.r.o., Slobodian has been involved in numerous research projects funded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and TACR.
