Liu Suiyang is from Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, China. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Integrated Circuit Engineering from Xi’an University of Technology in 2019 and 2022, respectively. From 2022 to 2024, she was a Ph.D. student with the Ultra-Large Scale Integrated Circuits Laboratory at Xi’an University of Technology.
