A licensed Taekwondo trainer and examiner for the Croatian Taekwondo Federation, he is also an international Taekwondo instructor with a 5th dan black belt. Professor Čular has been deeply involved in teaching and scientific research, specializing in sports kinesiology, kinesiological anthropology, and systematic kinesiology. His contributions include leadership roles such as Vice Dean for Business, Head of the Institute of Kinesiology, and Director of the Croatian Institute for Kinesiology and Sport.
