Khalid A. Abbas, born on April 3, 1975, in Baghdad, Iraq, is an accomplished electrical engineer and academic professional with Iraqi nationality. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Baghdad (1998) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Basrah (2017), specializing in Power and Machine. Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control and Computers at the University of Basrah. His career began in computer maintenance and operating system management at AL-Safeer Computer Center and Maythem Computer Center in Baghdad. In 2002, he attained certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Systems Administrator, and Systems Engineer. From 2003 to 2017, he worked at Computer and Communications Systems (C.C.S.) and its Baghdad branch, Al-Nahreen Computer & Communications Systems (N.C.C.S.), progressing from Customer Service Engineer to Senior Systems Support Engineer, Team Leader, and Supervisor.
