De-Rui Dai, born in September 1998 in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, is a Ph.D. candidate in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermal Physics at North China Electric Power University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the same institution. Renowned for his academic excellence, De-Rui has been awarded several honors, including multiple first-class scholarships, the Xiaomi Scholarship, and top awards in equipment management and technological innovation. His research focuses on the condition monitoring and failure prevention of electric machines for flywheel energy storage, vibration theory and control, and multi-physics field analysis of electric machines.
