Dr. Nasratullah Habibi is a dedicated academic with a strong background in agricultural sciences. He earned his Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from the Faculty of Agriculture at Balkh University in Afghanistan from April 2010 to March 2013. He then pursued a Master’s degree in International Agricultural Development at Tokyo University of Agriculture in Japan, graduating in March 2022.
