Dr. Zhichun Fan is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at the College of Ocean Information Engineering, Jimei University, Xiamen, Fujian, China. Recognized as a Category C High-Level Talent in Fujian Province and Xiamen City, he earned his Ph.D. in Nuclear Science and Technology from Tsinghua University and conducted joint doctoral research in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, supported by the China Scholarship Council. He holds a B.Eng. in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from China Agricultural University, where he was honored as an Excellent Graduate.
