Professor Won-Ju Cho is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Electronic Materials Engineering at Kwangwoon University, Seoul, Korea. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Kyungpook National University, Korea, in 1989, followed by a Master’s and Ph.D. in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Keio University, Japan, in 1991 and 1994, respectively.With a career spanning over three decades, Professor Cho has held significant roles in both industry and academia. From 1994 to 2000, he served as Principal Researcher at Hynix Semiconductor in Korea, contributing to advancements in semiconductor device processing technology. He then pursued research as a Science and Technology Agency Fellow at the National Institute of AIST (Advanced Industrial Science and Technology) in Japan from 1999 to 2000.Returning to Korea, Professor Cho continued his research at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) as Principal Researcher and Invited Researcher from 2000 to 2005. Since 2005, he has been a dedicated educator and researcher at Kwangwoon University, where he currently holds the position of Professor in the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering.
