They oversee academic policies, supervise lecturers, and manage departmental and administrative issues while participating in institutional development through research and policy discussions. Previously, as the Academic Director at SHRM College from October 2019 to October 2021, Dr. Lim established a culture of academic excellence, developed academic planning and curriculum, and supervised academic activities and staff training. They also managed overseas university partnerships. In their role as Academic Director at AMITY Global Institute from October 2015 to October 2019, Dr. Lim supported the Principal in academic processes, assessed student performance, and participated in marketing activities.
