Rui Feng, born on April 11, 1993, is a distinguished academic currently serving as a lecturer at North University of China since July 2022. He holds a Doctorate in Electronics and Optoelectronics, specializing in Nano- and Microtechnologies from Paris-Saclay University, completed in July 2022. Concurrently, he earned a combined Master and Doctor degree in Communication and Information Systems from the School of Communication Engineering at Xidian University, where he studied from September 2016 to July 2022. Rui Feng also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from the School of Electronics and Physics at Shandong University of Science and Technology, obtained in July 2016.
