Dr. Ting Zhou, a distinguished member of IEEE, earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing, and completed her Ph.D. at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2011. Currently serving as a Full Professor and Deputy Director at the School of Microelectronics, Shanghai University, she is renowned for her expertise in wireless resource management, mobility management, intelligent networking of heterogeneous wireless networks, and 6G mobile systems.Dr. Zhou’s illustrious career is marked by significant accolades, including the prestigious “Shanghai Young Scientific and Technological Talents” award in 2022. Her leadership and contributions led to securing the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Awards in both 2020 and 2022, underscoring her profound impact on advancing technological innovations in wireless communications.
