Dr. Naser Alsaleh is a highly accomplished industrial and manufacturing engineering scholar with a distinguished academic and professional background spanning research, leadership, and innovation. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where he also completed his Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering, following a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University. With a career rooted in both academia and applied engineering, Dr. Alsaleh currently serves as the Head of the Industrial Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Saudi Arabia. His professional trajectory includes serving as Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Vice Dean for Quality and Development, and Dean of Riyadh College of Technology, demonstrating his consistent leadership in academic management and research excellence. His research interests encompass manufacturing engineering, sustainable production systems, welding and joining technologies, additive manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and sensing technologies for industrial automation.
