His dissertation focused on a “Gravitational Energy Harvesting System Based on Multistage Braking Technique for Multilevel Elevator Car Parking Building.” Dr. Al Kubaisi also earned his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad in 2005 and his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution in 1994.Dr. Al Kubaisi has extensive professional experience, currently serving as a Sustainable Engineer in the Corporate Environmental Health & Safety Department at Dubai Academic Health Corporation since 2017. His work involves studying and analyzing sustainable management practices, proposing solutions, and ensuring compliance with LEED and other sustainability requirements.
